Audio Commission Rules & Terms of Service

You can place your commissions here.

If you are commissioning me for a custom audio you need to read all of these rules first, and then if you wish to proceed with your commission you need to contact me so we can discuss your idea first. You cannot just purchase a commission from me as I may not be comfortable or able to record your specific idea, we need to discuss it first so I can remain comfortable and you can get a better audio as I will ask you questions to get a better idea of what you want. You must use Ko-Fi DMs to discuss your commission with me. If you order a commission without talking to me first and getting my approval I reserve the right to cancel your commission and give you a partial refund of the money I received after PayPal take their fees (e.g. if you paid £60 I actually got about £53 of that and Paypal took about £6 so you'd get a refund of £53 so I don't make a loss). If you do not have a Ko-Fi account you will have to make one. Using Ko-Fi messages keeps everything in one place and helps and helps verify your age as you must be 18+ to have a Ko-Fi account. You do not need to donate me any money to be able to message me, simply click on the speech bubble icon that's at the bottom right hand corner of each commission option on the commission page.You must be 18 years or older to commission me, regardless if the work is SFW or NSFW. You must be 18+ to have a Ko-Fi account as per Ko-Fi’s own rules. By commissioning me you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.All audio commissions are for personal use only. You may not monetise or make money out of the commission in any way. You also cannot post the audio publicly, even if it's not monetised. You are purchasing an audio, not the copyright to that audio. I retain all copyright to my voice, my works and my original characters.Extra audio sound effects do not cost more money. For free you can request I add an effect to my vocals like reverb to create an echo or a robot-like sound effect. You can also ask for me to add some ambience sounds like ocean waves, campfire crackles, rain sounds, etc.My audios are improvised and all you are purchasing is the audio and not any script or transcript. This improvisation is based around your ideas, prompts and scenarios. I will not create scripts for your audio and I will not take scripts to read written by you or others.If you’re ordering a NSFW commission you must be comfortable discussing sexual subjects with me like telling me what kinks you want included in the audio.Audio will be exported as 320kbps MP3 files. When the audio is done, I will send you a Google Drive link where you can download the audio. Make sure you download it to your device as I won't host it on my Google Drive forever.I will only record audios as characters I have voiced before on my Youtube or Patreon, either fandom characters or my original characters. There are some character’s I have voiced before that I am no longer comfortable voicing, these are included in my ‘will not record’ list below.Your commission request doesn’t have to be incredibly detailed, but you must at least have an idea of who you want me to voice and what the scenario you want is (e.g. a panic attack comfort, sleep aid, injured listener, feelings confession) or if it’s a NSFW audio what kinks you want to include (e.g. whether you want the speaker to be a sub/dom/switch and bottom/top/vers, daddy kink, pet play).Audio commissions require 100% payment upfront and are non-refundable so be sure you like your idea and my audios before commissioning me. If you are not familiar with my NSFW audios there are old free ones on my soundgasm you can listen too to get an idea of what to expect. I am willing to make some small changes to audios for free (adding or taking aware vocal effects or ambience SFX, changing a couple of lines) but will not be re-recording and changing the entire audio. The only reason I would refund or cancel a commission would be if I hadn’t started it and couldn’t complete it for any reason. Custom Audio Commissions Reviews and Testimonials

I know commissions can be scary to ask for, and while you've heard my public audios you may worry that I might not be able to fulfill your request accurately for a commission as it's not my own idea. And as I improvise my audios, there's no draft I can send you, only the completed audio (which I am willing to make changes too) and I do ask for payment in full upfront (before I've made and sent you the audio). So, in case of any worries about my ability, how commissions work, or anything else, I ask people to leave reviews. Sadly Ko-Fi has no review feature, so instead any willing commissioner has sent me reviews and testimonials and I have copied them here.

“I’ve commissioned Prince 10 times now, and he never fails to deliver. I’ve gotten both nsfw and sfw audios; sleep aid, safeword/anxiety comfort, and more. I’ve also had a few AU ideas with different characters. He has a very open mind when it comes to the brainstorming process no matter how much or little you have to work with. I know it’s definitely scary at first, but even just messaging to let him know you’re interested, that’s the first part! I was so anxious at first, but after I got my first audio back I was so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. One of my favorite things about commissioning Prince is that he gives you options depending on what kind of audio you’re requesting. For example, his sleep audios are typically 10 to 15 minutes, so he recommends either of those lengths. I never feel pressured to get a specific audio length and it especially helps if I’m on a budget. He’s always very professional during our conversations and throughout the process and I definitely keep coming back for more. He’s very good at characterizing any character I’ve commissioned for so far, and his improvisation skills are so off the charts. You don’t have to know every single thing you want in the audio, just mention what you might want, or if there’s a specific line or action you want, and he takes care of the rest. This was my first time commissioning an audio from any creator, but Prince makes the process easy. After reading the Audio Commission Rules and then reaching out through Ko-Fi to talk through the audio request, the exchange was pleasant and very chill. Prince asked clarifying questions, if there was anything to be avoided and I truly feel I gave the most vague and confusing responses. But with my responses and initial prompt idea, he created an audio that just wowed me. Stringing together my idea and making it a million times better. I literally had to stop the audio 15 seconds in just from how excited I was. Prince is an incredible audio artist who captures emotions beautifully and is crazy talented at story telling. That is the exact energy I received when commissioning Prince and in the audio I received as well. I would totally recommend getting a commission from Prince!

I can’t believe it’s gotten to a point where I need to make one of these? It’s insane that for the past year you guys have been getting invested in my original characters and been making fanart of them. I had an ask today asking whether it was okay to make headcannons about my characters, so I thought I should make me boundaries clear, and explain certain things about my characters so you know what they are like and what they would be comfortable with. (I have to also be grateful to the creator of Welcome Home for making one of these ‘fanwork guides’ otherwise I wouldn’t have known this was a thing I could make).I’m going to break this down into general things I’m okay with and things I’m not okay with, as well as facts and information about individual characters and what they would be comfortable with, as most of my original characters are trans I want people to be respectful and not draw them in ways that would cause them dysphoria nor draw them with body parts they aren’t comfortable with. And remember that while my persona/vtuber model has his own backstory, I’m still a real person and do not treat my persona or myself like you would treat a fictional character.I reserve the right to be uncomfortable with any fanworks, and to disagree with any headcannons that you have for my persona or my original characters. Don’t get personally offended if I don’t accept your headcannon for my characters as canon. And while I have listed that fanfic is okay, it’s still something I’m more sensitive about as it’s much easier than fanart to portray my characters in our-of-character ways if you’re going to write about them rather than draw them. So, please be respectful.There may be things listed here that don’t line up with some of the info about these characters in their audios, that’s because things can change and with my older characters I didn’t have an actual guide for them or details about them when I first started voicing them. Whatever is listed here is what is the up-to-date versions of the, not whatever you heard in an old audio.I have an faq tag but if you have more questions after reading this and my faq tag, feel free to send me an ask.Overall just think before you send fan-works my way. If this was a fan-work of a movie or film would you send this fan-work to the creators or actors?
